Keeps calling my cell phone and hanging up.

Caller has called me several times harrassing me using foul language... The first time i recieved a call the man claimed to be a detective or lawyer trying to collect a debt... When i would disconnect the call he kept calling me back using sexual conotations...The caller claimed to be putting on a DNC list after I threatened to press charges...

NEED TO STOP CALLING ME

After calling about 4 or five times today and about the same yesterday they called my manager at work. The caller stated his name as Officer John Watson and I have a legal case with Cash Advance. Told my manager to have him call me. My manager stated it is a scam. Yesterday stated Officer Ben White. They have all my personal information, how did they get this? Both men had a heavy indian accent. Who can I call to get them off my back. I have no idea who they are!

Actually, I read the above posts and I can just say "all of the above". It's irritating because I have small children in school and just had surgery...a few times I had to go to the phone, in case it was the school..Same as everyone else, no one is ever on the phone and they call numerous times a day, every day.

I get several calls from this number per day for the last week. It comes up as VMS Who is this???

WORTHLES CHECK AND FRAUD DIVISION

He identified himself with the Financial Crime Department and he had all of my personal information all the way down to my SSN, birthday, work number, everything. He said that he had an affadavit for me to pay $450.00 from an internet payday advance company. I do not have any payday advances with any internet companies. When I stated this, he said that he would notate that I was refusing to pay and that I would be arrested. He even went as far as to curse me out. He said that this was done 6 months ago. I offered copies of my bank statements as proof and he refused to accept. He asked for my credit card or debit card information for payment. I said that I would pay by way of money order and he said it had to be debit card or credit card. The one who cursed me was Lee.
